For some reason, the in-game time doesn't pass while you're in the weapon customization menu at the Rhodes gunsmith. I went to Valentine, entered the customization menu, and the time passed normally.

I think that the only way i can really enjoy the original in its full glory is by buying it on PC since Rockstar still didn't offer Game Of The Year edition on Xbox. They don't care about it.

A thought I always liked and wondered is what the open world of both Red Dead (not including Red Dead Revolver) games historical context were.

All the states in game and even cities are based off certain real life versions, how Lemoyne is related to Louisiana and the Swampy South in 1899, and how Saint Denis is related to New Orleans.

What I am wondering is how will Saint Denis look like in a year such as 2020? COVID in RDR1 & 2💀 or the actual civil war (1861-65)? Or the American war of independence (1770's-83)?

I am into real life history, but I also wish Rockstar Games somehow made the RDR universe much more detailed in its history (other than 1899 and 1907 duh), but they did a good job replicating 1899 and 1907!

The RDR series would make for a good alternative history though!

I am yapping to yap but like look at this map for example! I believe this is the RDR2 map, but unfortunately the person who made this on Reddit didn't make Nuevo Paraiso which I find a bit sloppy, but either way it's a simple and interesting alternative historical map.

I am doing the mission Blessed are the Peacemakers and was captured by Colm O ' Driscoll. I have been hanging upside down, and the game told me to swing left and right at first. I did this for a while and nothing changed. Now the game is just telling me to swing right. I have been swinging for 1 day now and Arthur has not grabbed the file on the table. Is there something I am doing wrong? If there is please tell me. Is it a bug or glitch? If so, it won't let me restart the mission. I 'd appreciate the help.

In rdr2 what is the difference between Kentucky Bourbon and the shot of whiskey you can buy in a saloon, and camp whiskey

The leak itself came out so incredibly early (day 2 after release I believe) and actually contained a lot of cut content which we now know (several years after release) to be true. There is a lot of extreme, bogus stuff in the leaks, but the Cut Content page on this wiki simply discounts it as "proven false", and I'm not sure how. Was there some epic exposé I missed?

I was trying to get the Rare DB shotgun I traded bullets with the hermit, when I respawned and went back, he despawned along with his gun.

RDR2 is so full of life and filled with people and at least to me feels somewhat safe. RDR1 has a very eerie feel to it. Especially after you take over as Jack. The coyotes cry in the distance, the strange music, the lack of life, and it always has that feeling of being watched. I feel like this was intentional from Rockstar, especially around The Tumbleweed Mansion and Beecher's Hope after Jack is the only one left. Not only that, but Undead Nightmare doesn't help the unsettling feeling either. A beautiful game lacking of life in my opinion.

Personally, I would say Bill Williamson as he is like a chunk of muscle fr. Arthur Morgan from Red Dead 2 probably has the best dead-eye, and gunslinging skills, but Dutch has the most experience probably? So, I don't know!

Did You Know, That If Your Wanted And Being Shot At By The Law Right Next To A Golden Story Mission, That (Depending if The NPC has a gun or not) The NPC, such as Dutch or John, or someone else (with a gun) in the gang, will fight the law with you, and they will appear as a white dot on your mini map at the bottom left corner. And they follow you too, basically becoming your companion, and they will one-shot police officers 💀 That is O.P right there.

BUT The Officers They Kill Do Go On Your State Bounty, But It Is Weird...It would look like the RDR2 Online Bounties, such as something like $7.50, or smth.
