A Fisher of Men is a mission in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Mission Overview
Arthur does a favor for Abigail and takes Jack out on a fishing trip.
Story
To start this mission, the player must talk to Abigail at camp. In the morning, Arthur heads over to Jack and greets him as he is playing in the grass. As he gets his fishing pole, Arthur will mount his horse and lift him up so they can go. Jack asks Arthur to return his Penny Dreadful storybook, left in the campsite near Blackwater. After getting there and catching two fish, Jack shows Arthur a necklace he made out of flowers, and two Pinkertons interrupt. They want Dutch, and they tell Arthur how they killed Mac. Luckily, they leave soon after they came. And so does Arthur, who mounts his horse and takes Jack back to camp at Horseshoe Overlook, back to Abigail. After returning Jack to her, Arthur heads over to Dutch and discusses the Pinkertons, Milton and Ross. Dutch instructs everyone to do nothing, and to stay calm.
Gold Medal Objectives
- After arriving at the river, catch a fish within 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Complete within 7 minutes and 20 seconds.

Trivia
- This mission can be considered an echo to the ending of Redemption. During the fishing trip, Jack meets Agent Ross for the first time, next to a river. Years later, in revenge of his father's death, Jack kills Agent Ross when the latter is hunting ducks next to a river, thus concluding the storyline of Redemption.
- The name of the Mission is a reference to the Bible verse Matthew 4:19, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."
