Abandoned Church is a point of interest in Red Dead Redemption 2. It lies east of Braithwaite Manor near the southeast corner of Scarlett Meadows. It is located at Bolger Glade.
Background[]
During the Battle of Scarlett Meadows, the Confederate army used the church to store gunpowder, but a soldier accidentally set a fire inside the church, causing an explosion.[1]
The Lemoyne Raiders have since used the church ruins as a lookout along the road into Shady Belle, and a few can be encountered at this location that will be hostile if the player approaches the church.
Notes[]
- On the upper landing, which requires sprinting and jumping, is a bird's nest containing the Cigarette Card for the Steam Locomotive - 1814 - George Stephenson. Also on a wall near the upper landing is Aged Pirate Rum.
- Beneath the collapsed wall in the church is a lockbox containing a large jewelry bag.
- There are 2 lockboxes near the northern wall of the church, one containing $60 worth of bill folds and the second containing $10 and 2 platinum earrings.
