Angelo Bronte's Mansion, later Guido Martelli's Mansion, is a location featured in Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online.
History[]
Background[]
The mansion was constructed prior to 1898 on a large site on Flavian Street in Saint Denis and is occupied by Italian mob boss Angelo Bronte. Several members of his mob are stationed at the mansion as guards.
Events of Red Dead Redemption 2[]
During "Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor", Dutch, Arthur and John follow the lead of Jack and persuade Bronte's guards to let them enter his mansion. After a conversation with the Italian, Bronte is willing to give the boy back in return for Arthur and John hunting down a group of grave robbers at the cemetery.
After Bronte's tip to rob the Victory Street Station turned out to be a setup, members of the gang infiltrate the mansion from the swamp in "Revenge is a Dish Best Eaten". During the assault, numerous members of the Italian mob are killed and Bronte is captured and killed soon after.
With Bronte's death, Guido Martelli becomes Saint Denis' new crime lord and new owner of the mansion.
Trivia[]
- The mansion is only accessible during cutscenes and the mission "Revenge is a Dish Best Eaten". After these, it is almost impossible to go back inside as the doors are locked. However, through a glitch or exploit, the player can reenter the house. It is considerably easier in Online, however.
- In free roam, if the player enters the property the guards will become hostile.
