| —Archie Nevers |
Archie Nevers is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
History[]
Background[]
Nothing is known of Archie's background. He actually seems to be a depressed cannibal who "hunts" people in Cholla Springs and West Elizabeth regions, as random encounters would suggest it, but his place of residence appears to be Armadillo, as he always spawns there.
Events of Red Dead Redemption[]
He can often be found in Armadillo, occasionally smoking a cigarette outside the blue house at the end of town or the undertaker's. However, he has also been known to visit the Saloon and the General Store as well.
A random encounter will have the player occasionally stumbling across Archie at a small camp in the wilderness. If they choose to approach him, he will open fire and reveal himself to be a vicious cannibal. The player can then hogtie or kill Archie and save his latest "meal", plus open his chest, containing ammo or money.
Very rarely, he can also be spotted riding a horse through Tall Trees, presumably searching for a new location to set up his cannibalistic campsite.

Trivia[]
- Archie wears the same outfit as Felix Milner. Ironically, Felix is Randall Forrester's latest victim during the "American Appetites" Stranger side-mission.
- Similarly to Forrester, Archie is a cannibal who can be found in Cholla Springs, so it may be possible he ate one of the victims of the "American Appetites" side mission, although he doesn't play any role in the said mission.
- Archie shares a head model with Burt Cowan, Floyd Brogles, Lewis Shelton, Alvin McCready, Ernest Seahorn, Lewis Pickering, Felix Middleton, E.H. Kretzschmar.
