Beartooth Beck is a river in Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online in the Grizzlies West region of the Ambarino territory. It flows south through the western part of Grizzlies West from Lake Isabella, through Cattail Pond, and finally tumbles into the Dakota River.

- Geographically, it is analogous to the Green River, a tributary of the Colorado River.
- Beartooth Beck is named after Beartooth Mountains in Southern Montana.
