History
Background
Benicio is a rebelde. He fought for Abraham Reyes in order to "liberate" Nuevo Paraiso from oppression.
Events of Red Dead Redemption
Benicio can be encountered during many of the missions in Nuevo Paraiso. After the mission "An Appointed Time", he will act as a lawman and if Marston has a bounty, Benicio will pursue him.
Benicio can also be encountered in Agave Viejo, in which he will stand by the main entrance guarding the settlement.
Undead Nightmare
In Undead Nightmare, Benicio can be found defending Agave Viejo where he is on the balcony of the main building. If Agave Viejo is saved and Benicio survives, he will stay on the balcony along with a woman.
