Billy Johnson is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption 2.

History[]

Background[]

Billy is the teenage son of former outlaw Mark Johnson to whom he was very close to.

Events of Red Dead Redemption 2[]

After the Clemens Point Chapter, the player can obtain Mark Johnson's wanted poster at the Rhodes train station. Once entering the search area, his father and mother can be seen teaching him how to mount a horse, but, even when observing the family for a longer period of time, Billy does not succeed in getting on the horse.

When the player approaches them, Billy will be held by his mother. Mark will ask the player to say goodbye to his family. If the player accepts, Johnson silently gives his son the instruction to send his associates after the player in order to free Mark.
