Brandywine Drop is a waterfall in Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online, in the Roanoke Ridge region of the New Hanover territory.
It is situated near Roanoke Valley and flows into the Kamassa River.

As part of the Stranger mission "The Noblest of Men, and a Woman", the player is instructed to bring Slim Grant to Brandywine Drop, for Jim "Boy" Calloway to confront over the death of his cousin. Once he is brought there, he and Calloway instantly begin arguing about the circumstances regarding the death of Calloway's cousin. Calloway challenges Slim Grant to a duel, but Grant refuses and walks away. Enraged, Calloway shoots him in the back as he leaves, killing him.
Disappointed at what he’d done, Calloway becomes flustered. The protagonist tries to reassure him, but this makes him even more angry, and he challenges the player to a duel. Calloway loses the duel and is shot dead, to the bewilderment of Theodore Levin, his biographer. With all the material for the book on Calloway, Levin thanks the protagonist and asks them where to send the money to, as promised for helping to get the book written.
