Branwen is a supporting character featured in Red Dead Redemption 2.
He served as the mount of Kieran Duffy throughout 1899.

Background[]
It is unknown for how long Kieran had Branwen, though it seems the two had developed a bond that they shared during his time as an O'Driscoll.
Events of Red Dead Redemption 2[]
Colter Chapter[]
Branwen is first seen being tended to by Kieran as Arthur watches him through his binoculars in "OId Friends". Kieran rides off on him after being reprimanded by Colm O'Driscoll, and he is later seen being ridden by Kieran as he attempts to escape Arthur Morgan, who wishes to capture Kieran for information. Arthur catches up to the pair, and leaves Branwen behind.
Horseshoe Overlook Chapter[]
Shortly after Kieran is made into a member of the gang, Branwen will return to him at Horseshoe Overlook, though he is not ridden by him during this chapter.
Clemens Point Chapter[]
The gang heads to Clemens Point later on, and optionally Kieran will take Branwen to go fishing alongside Arthur and his horse at Flat Iron Lake. Kieran can be seen brushing him during this chapter.
Saint Denis Chapter[]
After the gang heads to Shady Belle, Branwen can only be seen for a short time in camp before disappearing alongside Kieran, who was later found to be dead. He is never seen again after this, but a horse greatly resembling him can be bought in the Tumbleweed Stable by John Marston in 1907 and in Red Dead Online.

Personality[]
Branwen is an extremely passive horse, though he gets a bit skittish at times and may not want Arthur to pet him. Kieran likes horses, and the two seem to have developed a decent bond together.
Appearance[]
Branwen's body is mostly white, with his face and legs being completely brown as well as his eyes. His mane and tail are white, and his mouth is gray.
