Cairn Lodge is a structure in Red Dead Redemption 2 in the Grizzlies West region of the Ambarino territory.

When the player first arrives here, a man will ask them to help look for his friend, Tucker, who disappeared during a storm. Tucker can be found southeast of the lodge, mauled to death and half frozen to a rock. His friend can either be misled or informed about his fate, and if told the truth will rush to where Tucker's body is. Upon arriving, he briefly mourns his friend before the bear that presumably killed Tucker attacks him.
During the Stranger Mission "The Noblest of Men, and a Woman", this location is where Flaco Hernández is found. The player can pick up Flaco's Revolver after the mission is over.
Events of Red Dead Online
Flaco Hernández can be found in the cabin and gives Stranger missions to the player.

- Inside of the lodge in a lockbox is the first Poisonous Trail Treasure Map.
