Cemetery Clearing

Cemetery Clearing is a secondary mission in Undead Nightmare.

Description

To begin the mission, the player has to travel to any of the five cemeteries, after which a yellow circle denoting a coffin will appear on the map. The player must approach the coffin and burn it using the Torch, causing some buried Undead to rise from their graves and attack the player. The player then has to burn four more coffins, each causing more Undead to emerge. When the last coffin is burned, a large wave of Undead will spawn, accompanied by a Fresh Undead "boss". After all of the Undead have been killed, a message saying "Cemetery name Cleansed" will appear, showing that the mission has been completed.

Cemeteries can be cleansed again after one in-game day has passed.

Cemetery Clearing is featured in some missions:

• The Blackwater Church of Holy Ascension must be cleansed in "Curious Tales from Blackwater".

• All of New Austin's cemeteries must be cleansed in "Get Back in That Hole, Partner".

• Sepulcro must be cleansed in "Mother Superior Blues".
