Cesar Higueras is a minor character and bounty target featured in Red Dead Redemption.

Cesar Higueras is an infamous bandito wanted for petty theft. The player, upon collecting his wanted poster, can pursue Cesar and his companions to a remote location, where they have the choice to either kill or hogtie him and turn him over to the authorities of the nearest settlement for a reward.
He wears a white shirt, tie, and gray jacket, along with a sombrero and twin bandoliers. He also wears a red bandana, but his poster does not show this. He has dark hair and a medium-length mustache.
Interactions[]
Cesar can most often be found in Chuparosa and Casa Madrugada, drunkingly loitering in and around the local cantinas.
He can also be encountered at the Fort Mercer gang hideout, where he will be hostile even if the player is wearing the Bandito Outfit. He is among the criminals gathered at the Tesoro Azul gang hideout in Free Roam.
