Chester Finch is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
Background[]
Nothing is known of Chester's background other than he seems to be quite well to-do judging by his attire. He has a deceased relative, Belle Finch, but their exact relation is unknown.
Interactions[]
Chester can be seen (although rarely) in Thieves' Landing, visiting Lyle Mouton's tailor shop and hanging around numerous houses or the docks there. He can also be encountered riding with a horse through Blackwater.
He can also be seen at several campsites out in the Wilderness, usually in West Elizabeth with another person, where he will tell stories of his past or of Revolver myths, like Red Harlow's attack on Griffon's mansion. He will act kindly and converse with the player unless they threaten him, at which point he will try to defend himself with a rifle.
Trivia[]
- Chester looks very similar to Titus Sinclair except that he wears a green vest over his shirt, and his head model is identical to Clint MacKlin and Fletcher King.
- Sometimes, while sitting at a campfire, Chester will say that he is a musician and how he loves the thrill of being on stage. He will also mention that his father was a slave that escaped the fields one day and was killed in retaliation.
