Come Hell, Come High Water is a Moonshiner story mission featured in Red Dead Online.

Mission Overview

Lem has secured some important new ingredients for your moonshine operation and is bringing them in by boat.

Maggie asks you to meet him at the docks to make sure the delivery goes smoothly.

Story

When meeting him at the docks of Annesburg, Lem informs the protagonist about the new merchandise. After the wagons Lem ordered don't show up, a train full of revenu agents led by Reid Hixon arrives and the shipment of the crates turns out to be a setup. The player now has to defend the boat until Lem is able to start the boat.

With the boat now moving down the Lannahechee River, the player has to fight off more agents while moving past the Livery and Feed Stable, Van Horn Trading Post, Copperhead Landing. Adittionally, the protagonist has to defend the boat against agents on other boats as well as against the train following them and Lem. When going past the swamp east of Saint Denis, the boat gets stuck in the mud and the player has to hold the agents off until Lem is able to free it.

After arriving at the docks of the city, Lem and the protagonist can finally load their crates on a wagon and deliver it to the shack.
