Dakota is a minor character and a bounty target featured in Red Dead Redemption.

Dakota is a Native American and a member of Dutch's Gang, wanted for petty theft and can be captured or killed depending on the player's choice.
Interactions[]
Dakota can be seen enjoying a smoke outside the cabin in Bearclaw Camp where Professor Harold MacDougal meets with Dutch's Gang in the mission "For Purely Scientific Purposes". During the mission "And The Truth Will Set You Free", he is one of Dutch van der Linde's bodyguards during the final showdown with John Marston.
Dakota has also been known to wreak havoc on the people of West Elizabeth alongside his fellow members of Dutch's Gang, and will often be hostile towards the player.
