Danbury is a foreman and employee at Cornwall Kerosene & Tar.
Events of Red Dead Redemption 2
Danbury has access to company information in his office, including potentially incriminating files about the U.S. government conspiring to help Cornwall's and Leland's oil companies to push the Wapiti Indians off their land for oil.
Arthur Morgan sneaks into Danbury's office and interrogates him for the files. Arthur beats him until he eventually reveals that the files are in his desk, which he then gives to Arthur. A guard from outside then knocks on the door to ask him if he is alright, to which Arthur orders him not to alert any of the guards, threatening to kill him otherwise. Danbury complies and tells the guard that he is fine, while Arthur jokes that Danbury will get "a promotion" for all of this. Danbury can then be killed by Arthur if the player wishes, or he can be left inside the office as Arthur makes his escape out of the window.
- Red Dead Redemption 2
- Danbury is the only character in the main storyline against whom Arthur must take aggressive action if the player is attempting to play through the game without taking any violent actions ("beat" is a necessary interaction for progression).
