Background[]
Elton is a professional lawman who operates in the New Austin region, although he primarily works for the sheriff's office in Armadillo.
Events of Red Dead Redemption[]
Elton can often be seen wandering the streets of Armadillo. When delivering a bounty to the town jail, he, along with Alden Pearce and Shelton Cole, will oversee the actual transfer while Buford Ackley pays out the reward. However, if Marston has a high enough bounty, Elton will join other lawmen in tracking him to multiple locations around New Austin.
