Events of Red Dead Redemption

Elvin can be encountered in various settlements throughout New Austin, operating a stagecoach and waiting for the player's orders. The player can use him to Fast Travel by paying a fee. He can also sometimes be seen in Thieves' Landing, doing a variety of odd jobs or hanging around the docks or a the brothel. Occasionally, he can be found playing Liar's Dice in Escalera or Casa Madrugada, but never in Thieves' Landing.
