Elward Swann is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
Background[]
Elward appears to be a citizen of Blackwater, though he spawns very rarely in the town itself. He dresses in a nice suit with a straw boater hat, suggesting that he is fairly well-to-do. Otherwise, his personal history and occupation are unknown.
Interactions[]
Elward can usually be found at the Blackwater train station, waiting for the blue-line train or riding his horse around the southern parts of the town. He can sometimes be seen riding through Manzanita Post or MacFarlane's Ranch, suggesting he is a travelling businessman. If threatened or assaulted, he will fire on the player with his personal firearm.
