–Ernest Seahorn
Ernest Seahorn is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
History[]
Background[]
Nothing is known of Ernest's background. He seems to be primarily employed by Ridgewood Farm as a handyman, occasionally traveling to other towns looking for extra work.
Events of Red Dead Redemption[]
Ernest plays a minor role during the mission "You Shall Not Give False Testimony, Except for Profit", where he is shown helping Aquila get back on his feet after he loses to John Marston in a fistfight. Ernest tells him he should take revenge, and Aquila draws his gun and tries to shoot Marston before being swiftly disarmed. After seeing such an incredible display of speed and accuracy, both men go up to purchase some of Nigel West Dickens' miracle tonic.
Ernest can usually be found in and around Ridgewood Farm, where he loiters around the barn and farmhouse when not working. He has also been known to frequent MacFarlane's Ranch, as well as other locations throughout New Austin. He has some skill as a gunfighter and will fire on anyone who tries to assault or rob him during his travels.
