Fabian can normally be found in Escalera doing a variety of odd jobs. Occasionally, he can be seen participating in Arm Wrestling contests at the Pacific Union Railroad Camp or competing in Horseshoes at Las Hermanas. If provoked, he will try to defend himself with his gun.
