"This abandoned Army outpost has been used as a stopping point for many a traveler, until Professor Perry and his cursed Carnival making its potions by the gallon, the crops have long since died off, and crows that wander in and drink from the wells die where they stand. Even the buildings have decayed beyond their years. Nothing festive lives in these fairgrounds."
The Fairgrounds is the location of the mission Carnival Life in which Red Harlow frees Jack Swift and gets in a confrontation with the members of Perry's circus, including Pig Josh. There is a house in the center of the area, circus wagons, and a Gatling Gun positioned on a small hill.
