Poor Joe is a hermit and self-proclaimed king that lives in a tree northeast of Doverhill. The player calls him a hermit but Joe tells them that he is "King Joe".

Joe seems to have created his own crown and coat. He wears torn pants and is barefoot. In contrast, his beard appears well maintained. He wears a handmade necklace with a wooden peace symbol talisman attached to it.
Personality[]
Joe is a quick-tempered man. He easily becomes annoyed at the player for being near his tree. When he becomes very irritated, he throws a rock at the protagonist, and will shout obscenities, telling them to ‘go away!’.
