Fletcher can commonly be found throughout West Elizabeth or through Manzanita Post on horseback or a wagon with fellow NPC's and always travels with a gun by his side for protection against criminals and other threats, like wildlife.

Undead Nightmare

In Undead Nightmare, Fletcher can be found defending Pacific Union Railroad Camp armed with a Rolling Block Rifle. He is the survivor leader and will ask the player some ammunition. If the camp is saved and Fletcher survives, he will sit near Shep Gaston by a stack of unused dynamite crates.

In a random encounter, he can be seen getting robbed by Clark Hatfield or Granville Berry, and the player can choose either to save him or let him be killed by them. If the player saves Fletcher, he will reward the player with some ammunition.
