Gavin is a character mentioned in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Background
Gavin was most likely born somewhere on the British Isles but decided to leave his native country in search of a new life. He, along with his friend Nigel, eventually chose America, the land of opportunity, as their destination and ventured across the Atlantic at some point prior to 1899. However, after some time he went missing and continues to be so by 1907.
Interactions
Gavin himself is not seen in the game, however, his friend, Nigel, can be encountered on numerous occasions throughout the game. He tells the player about how he woke up one morning to find that his best friend, Gavin, had disappeared.
