Go Team! is a gameplay achievement and a trophy in Red Dead Redemption.

Be on the winning team for four consecutive victories in any team based game in public match.
Tips and Tricks[]
Play with a couple of friends who are good at the game. It will lower the chance of getting a player who doesn't do as well (negative K/D spreads) in a match.
In Gang Shootouts, know how to headshot well. Headshots will be a major factor in victory.
In Capture the Bag, have your team take defensive positions around the "spawn chest", and extract the carrier safely.
In Hold Your Own, have half the team defend your bag of gold while the other half go on the assault.
Just remember: Teamwork. Without it, obtaining this achievement will be almost impossible.
Have a friend online join your party, but not your posse. Both enter the same Team Deathmatch post and kick any other players who join. One person wins the showdown, the other quits out. Choose to repeat the stage, invite your friend back to the session and repeat 3 times for any easy 4 wins in a row.
