Hanz is the proprietor of the saloon in Brimstone. He has a brother, Fred, who is the proprietor of the saloon in Widow's Patch.
Events of Red Dead Revolver[]
Hanz can be encountered operating his saloon from behind his counter in Brimstone each time the player visits it. After entering the saloon, Red Harlow can purchase his wares.
During the mission "Saloon Fight", a brawl breaks out in Hanz's saloon. Rather than get involved, Hanz flees the building, despite the contradicting journal description.

Hanz Kenyon is listed in Sheriff Bartlett's Journal on pages 258-259 under the Merchants of Brimstone section. His page can be unlocked by purchasing the Cloth.

- He is listed in Sheriff Bartlett's Journal under the Merchants of Brimstone section.
- He shares the same voice actor as Carnaby Peabody and Gabby Brennan.
- Despite his Journal entry saying that he loves saloon fights because they make him feel like a "young buck" again, he fled the bar in the "Saloon Fight" mission and also warned Red to not cause any more trouble the next time the player visits him.
- His picture on the journal page also does not resemble him facially.
- According to Abigail Peppercorn, leader of the Brimstone Temperance Movement, Hanz allows Sam to make orders around his saloon; presumably he fears him due to his large size.
- Judging from his name, he and his brother could be of German descent.
