Honovi is a member of Dutch's Gang and is presumably Native American or has Native American heritage. He is wanted for petty theft and can be captured or killed depending on the player's choice.

Honovi can be seen sitting on a stump outside the cabin in Bearclaw Camp where Professor Harold MacDougal, John Marston, and Nastas meet with Dutch's Gang in the mission "For Purely Scientific Purposes". He can also be encountered during various random events alongside other members of his gang.
