Background
Ike is one of the two leaders of the Bollard Twins Gang. He has a brother, presumably a twin, named Willie who also runs the gang.
Events of Red Dead Redemption
The player never interacts with Ike, but he and his brother are mentioned often in New Austin. His gang plays a major role in the New Austin Chapter of Red Dead Redemption.
