Isaac McKinnon is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
Background
Isaac is a Marshal who is normally found around the Blackwater Police Department Headquarters. He wears a black raincoat and a black bowler hat.
Interactions
Marston can find Isaac at the police station in Blackwater. If Marston has a bounty, Isaac and some other Marshals will track him all around West Elizabeth and New Austin.
Trivia
- He's the only Marshal that isn't playable, he doesn't appear in the Outfitter.
