“ | With faith, I can achieve great things. | „ |
—Jenny |
Jenny is a minor character and a stranger in Red Dead Redemption.
Background
Jenny is the daughter of a preacher sent to the west to try and spread her religion. She then wanders out into the wilderness, testing her faith in God. In the mission "Jenny's Faith", John Marston finds her and she is very ill, it is up to him to go and get her some medicine. Once he returns to Jenny she thanks the Lord, and not Marston, for saving her. John Marston practically begs her to give her a ride back to Armadillo, but she declines, still believing that her faith will let her live throughout the adventure. It is unknown what happens to her after those events.
Interactions
She appears first in the mission Exodus in America during a cutscene, although you can't interact with her. She also appears later in the Stranger mission Jenny's Faith.
Tip
Be sure to have at least one bottle of Medicine in your satchel before riding out to her, it'll save you a trip to the nearest store.
