Joaquín Arroyo was born circa 1865. He is a member of the Del Lobo Gang and is wanted for murder, arson and robbery. The reward for his capture is $60.
His wanted poster, located in the Tumbleweed jail, described him as a 42 year-old Mexican man, 5ft 9in in height and weighs around 150 pounds. He was known to frequent red light district saloons.

Arroyo can be captured alive by John Marston. His last known location is Solomon's Folly, where he can be encountered planning a train robbery with his men.
