Out on the frontier, you will encounter various types of Jobs like Nightwatch and Horse Breaking. Doing jobs is a great way to earn money and unlock the different outfits.
There are 2 types of jobs, with multiple locations to do each. Unlocking all 5 job locations contributes to 100% game completion.

Horse Breaking
The job of Horse Breaking is the process of taming a horse so that it can you can ride it. Horse breaking can be done in the towns: Ridgewood and Chuparosa. At some locations, you can earn money by doing a "horse breaking"job. (click on the hyperlink about Horse Breaking for more information)

Nightwatch
The job of Nightwatch is an activity in Red Dead Redemption, where the player is able to earn money by protecting a settlement from rustlers and bandits while on night patrol. (click on the hyperlink about Nightwatching for more information). The job of Nightwatching can be done in the towns: MacFarlane's Ranch, Chuparosa and Blackwater.
