Jorge can be encountered during the Tesoro Azulgang hideout, though he will be hostile. He can also be encountered during the "Fate of the Stagecoach" random encounter with a couple of other Mexican criminals. Helping either side will affect the player's Honor level.

His character model is available in the Outfitter under the name Garett Comstock. He will refer to himself by his singleplayer counterpart when taunting. Unlike his singleplayer counterpart, Garrett only speaks Spanish and has a foreign name for some reason.
Oddly, the wanted poster shows him with a bandana over his face, which would make it hard for any possible bounty hunter to recognize him unless they count his porkpie hat.
He often refers to himself in the third person during fights.
Like the other Criminal bounties in Mexico, Jorge can be found protected by criminals from New Austin and West Elizabeth rather than other Mexican criminals. This would imply that he has connections with American criminals, which would also explain his fluent English.
