Background
Jules is a fisherman in Lagras who works with Thomas.
Events of Red Dead Redemption 2
In the mission Country Pursuits, Thomas says that Jules is on a skiff and will meet with the group later. However, when Jules does not show up, Thomas, Dutch, and Arthur look for him. Arthur finds Jules in a tree, wailing about a huge alligator. He comes down from the tree and Arthur dislodges the skiff from a pile of branches.
