Not much is known about Luther other than he plays poker at Flatneck Station.
Events of Red Dead Redemption 2[]
When Arthur arrives at Flatneck Station to find Reverend Swanson, he finds him intoxicated, playing poker with two men named Luther and Marvin. Upon seeing Arthur, Reverend Swanson stands up and drunkenly talks to him. Despite Arthur urging Swanson to leave, Luther is insistent that Reverend Swanson should sit down to resume the game. However, Reverend Swanson passes out from drinking and Luther asks Arthur to take his place at the table, to which the player may either accept or decline.

- He will still be called “Stranger” in the subtitles even after introducing himself.
