Trivia

• The Manmade Mutant is a possible reference to the monster "ManBearPig" from the animated sitcom South Park. Being cobbled together from the parts of various deceased creatures, including a human, it may also be a reference to Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
• Although the mansion is always vacant, the fireplace remains lit.
• The Manmade Mutant has remnants for a fully functioning PED model in the games files, possibly indicating that this abomination was meant to move or even be alive.
