Marston daughter is the deceased daughter of John Marston and his wife, Abigail, and Jack Marston’s younger sister. She is briefly mentioned in the Bonnie MacFarlane mission "Women and Cattle", Nigel West Dickens mission "The Sport of Kings, and Liars", the Luisa Fortuna mission "Father Abraham", and indirectly in "The Gates of El Presidio" by Javier Escuella.

Nothing is known about her, though dialogue in Red Dead Redemption asserted that she died years after John's time in the gang.[1]
