He is a member of the Bollard Twins Gang, and is wanted for property destruction, and a $40 bounty. He wears a white button up shirt, blue trousers with brown chaps and a white hat with a red scarf. Regardless of whether you kill him or not, he can always be found in Thieves' Landing, drinking in the saloon, just like most outlaws.
