  • Hello,

I've noticed that you changed my text in the "Acquisition" category of that page to say "Arthur Morgan" instead of "John Marston". However, that is simply incorrect, as if you watch the cutscene, Bronte clearly throws the pistol at Marston. Here's the aforementioned cutscene if you want to watch it for yourself. I'm new to editing Wikis, I just thought I would clear up the misconception on the page, so I apologise if this was the wrong place to post. Have a good day

    • Sorry about that, I thought you had changed it from player character to John Marston as in John could collect the gun, not that it was thrown at him. Have a good day too.

  • Hello Aiden!  Sorry to disturb you but merging the two letters wasn't necessary since they are totally different subjects - one is a letter, the other one is a note. I have put a lot of research into it, including testing it myself and obtaining both letters from their respective sources. I will consider this a misunderstanding since you wasn't quite sure whether or not you should do it but please respect other people's work, and the time and effort they have put into it. No harm done. Enjoy the rest of your day!

  • Hey there, I appreciate the piece of trivia you recently made to the Bureau of Internal Revenue page but may I ask which of your sources suggest the agency's presence would be outright anachronistic? While the income tax policy was declared unconstitutional for the period of time you had pointed out, the agency still functioned in some capacity between then and the introduction of the 16th Amendment. In addition, their goal in-game is relagated to a specific revenue issue that is bootlegging.

I'm not at all attempting to dispute your contribution as a whole, I just want to know if it's presence would be entirely inaccurate. To be honest, that portion of histoy I'm not the most well-read on but I believe they still fulfilled duties to combat illegal production at that time.

    • I went off of the wikipedia article, but considering that the focus of the article will be on their efforts to shut down moonshining feel free to remove that point.

    • As did I. I'll remove the particular point for now until evidence that suggests otherwise can be found.

  • Hi there Aiden. A couple of months ago, there was a discussion page regarding "The Blackwater Massacre". I asked the question of where is the source for the body count (22 outlaws and 15 lawmen). You chimed in and told me it was Prerelease RDR1 material. When I asked what the material specifically stated, you didn't respond again. Since there was no source for the body count, I took it upon myself to edit that page and remove the body count.

I just wanted to know if what you said about the Prerelease RDR1 material was the truth. If it is, then I think you should add back the body count and add a source to it. If it isn't, well, then I apologize for wasting your time.
