Your last activity here was back in October 2017. Although you aren't very active elsewhere, your last activity in any other wiki was last month. On behalf of the Red Dead Wiki staff, I implore you to come back so your staff powers aren't revoked.
I see. Apologies for my lack of activity for over such a long time. I will try my best to resume my work and help with the wiki as much as I can. Should I'll be unable to keep a consistent level of activity, I apologize and will be okay with the revoking of my admin rights; if such scenario will indeed come, I'll gladly continue to offer my services and help in whatever you'll need.
I saw that you updated and added a Gallery to Gus Ballard's page (thank you!) and I was wondering if I would be able to ask that a Gallery be added to a few more characters? If so, would you possibly be able to add Gallerys to Slink Bradshaw , Irvin Pennick , Werner Cobb and Milton Riggs for the moment?
No problem, am here to help. Also you can also do it yourself via the option to add gallery on the right (I added a pic here). Keep in mind that if there aren't any pictures of the page's subject, then a gallery is unneeded. Likewise, pictures of considerable poor quality should be removed, unless there aren'y ANY pictures of the subject topic.
Once you click on the gallery (be sure to give it its own separated space), you can also customize the images size and the distance between them.
Just sending a message to say thank you for fixing the Sasquatch page. The reason why I say thank you because I was just about to do that.
Right when I was just clicking the publish button the page said I couldn't edit because someone else was editing the page. You manged to fix the page before I did which I'm not complaining because the page corrected the page.
You guys must have looked at that and thought, "This website is not the second draft of an essay you've written on your laptop, boy!" Anyway, I've done more experiments and worked out the details, so I'll soon edit my entry on that article, and it ought to be good. The new entry will be much shorter, and much more to the point. You guys, you editors, really have your work cut out for you here and elsewhere...
I've got a funny story for you. So in RDR I'm going to see the man for the stranger side mission Water and Honesty, and I've turned off the main road just east or southeast of Mescalero. As I'm making the left hand turn onto the little path a man on his horse come tumbling down the side of the mountain; maybe he was going too fast on his horse and went right off the road up above just there. This happened right in front of me, and I'm like 'what the hell?!' So I'm thinking the NPC and his horse have been killed by this fall, and indeed the horse has, but after a few seconds the man gets up and says to me "How ya'll doin?" like nothing happened. It was hilarious. I wish I had video footage of it. I'd like to share this...
How come New Austin was removed from the Locations page for RDR2? This is a confirmed location so surely the Wiki should show this? The New Autsin area was confirmed by Rockstar on a post regards to a 3D Puzzle of a Train. The description confirms the addition of New Austin.
Also I was going to add all of the New Austin locations but do you think we should do this seeing as the map is based 12 years before RDR? Some areas may not be built / Exist so I was only going t add obvious places like Armadillo and Pikes Basin to name two.
Hi! According the most recent bios about RDR 2 characters, John Marston had joined Dutch's Gang at the age of 12. If he born in 1873, should you change the year in the Timeline page from 1890 to 1885/1886?
No problem! Do you remember when it's said than he and Abigail left the orphanage? The bios of RDR 2 point that Abigail was in the band before meeting John, and didn't join the band with him (after leaving the orphanage).
Since I don't know how to reply back to your message, there is no "Source" it's just common sense. things in trivia don't have sources all tagged up along with them now do they? but it's safe to think Mount Hagen in RDR2 is named after Ross Hagen - Voice actor of Landon Ricketts after something, and it's this mountain
Doesn't matter if it's obvious; if there's no source of Rockstar confirming it's named after Hagen, then it is assumption, and a Wiki is built on facts, official references and both internal and external sources.
A lot of trivia points here are outdated or speculative and we are yet to go through them all, but if while cleaning this wiki up we come to something like "X is named/influenced after Y" we either ask for a citation or remove it when we find no clear evidence.
"It's safe to think" is an assumption, and has no place here. If you can find me a source of Rockstar confirming that piece of information or even better, ask them (although I have no idea if they still do their once-in-a-while Q&A section), then I'll be happy to return it.
Apologies for the inconvenience and have a good day.
Hi. somebody else now added what I said 2 months ago to the page, that Mount Hagen is likely named after the voice actor of Landon Ricketts, you couldn't approve it back then due to lack of source, are you gonna do the same now because there's still no source?
