Milton Riggs is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
Background
Nothing is known of Milton's background. He has a relative, Edwina Riggs, buried in Tumbleweed cemetery.
Interactions
Milton can most often be found wandering around Armadillo. However, he has been known to frequent Blackwater, as well as other locations throughout New Austin and West Elizabeth. Milton can also be found working as a stagecoach driver in New Austin.
