Background
Moira is a married woman who is having a romantic affair with Curtis Malloy. She is seen briefly when Arthur captures Benedict Allbright. Later in the game the player can hear a argument between Malloy and Moira on the second floor of the sheriff office about breaking up romantic relationships.
