Background
Mr. Dockery is the foreman of Archie Downes at the mines in Annesburg.
Events of Red Dead Redemption 2
Mr. Dockery and some miners are seen bullying Archie Downes about his mother's job as a prostitute. Arthur steps in, demanding the miners leave Archie alone. Mr. Dockery then proceeds to mock Arthur about his tuberculosis, and how powerless he is with it. This sparks a fight between Mr. Dockery and Arthur, and another miner steps in to aid Mr. Dockery. Arthur defeats the two, and demands that Archie is let go.
