I hear the mayor of Blackwater likes to dabble in opium. A lot of dabble.

Norris Laskey

Norris Laskey is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.

Norris is the clerk (and possible owner) of the S.M. Neely General Store in Blackwater. From the looks of it, he is also a serious gambler. He has a relative, Captain Maxwell Laskey, buried at Blackwater cemetery.

Norris can usually be found manning his store, where the player can buy and sell various items. Occasionally, he will be robbed, and appeal for the player's help in catching the thief. When not manning the store, he can be encountered wandering the streets of Blackwater, and occasionally he is found at the Blackjack table in the saloon.

  • Sometimes, he can be heard spouting the benefits of various products, presumably ones he sells.
  • His head model is used for cannibals found in West Elizabeth.
  • He can be heard reporting to the player in his shop about a Chinaman getting run over by a horse-drawn carriage.
