Background

Oscar Navarro practically lives in the saloon, but never has a shortage of money. His name, appearance, and description make him a virtual duplicate of both Gabriel Navarro and Paul "Swig" Bennett.

Interactions

The player does interact with Oscar Navarro, he is seen in the beginning cutscene of the mission Saloon Fight laughing, and he will say "All I mean to say was, if it was me to lose the arm!".
