Percy Merriweather is a minor character in Red Dead Revolver.
This character does not appear in Showdown Mode.
Background[]
Percy Merriweather is described as a timid and nervous man in Sheriff Bartlett's Journal, but that is understandable given that his bank has been robbed in the past. He considers himself a ladies' man, but never gets any and also claims that he'd be a terrific gunslinger if he wasn't so gifted with numbers. In reality, according to Sheriff Bartlett, Percy is just too afraid of dying to be an actual gunslinger.
Interactions[]
The player can encounter Percy on any visit to Brimstone, where they can converse with him. Unlike the rest of the Brimstone merchants, nothing can be bought from Percy, but can be from his boss, Carnaby Peabody.
During the mission "Range War"'s opening cutscene, Percy can be seen working behind the bank counter as usual, and talking to Abigail Peppercorn.

Trivia[]
- He has the same voice actor as Ugly Chris and also wears a similar outfit as his employer, Carnaby Peabody, but this is just a dress code the Brimstone bank uses.
- Coincidentally, his surname resembles Morgan Merryweather's, a minor character who has appeared in the 3D Universe of Grand Theft Auto.
- He also has a similar surname as the first name of Meriwether Lewis, an American explorer from the Wild West era and beyond.
