Note that the spelling of the article title reflects the spelling of the item in-game, though it would more correctly be written as a possessive. Merchants
The Pigs Feet can be purchased from the General Store in Brimstone after completion of the mission "Freak Show". If not purchased, it is not available during subsequent visits to Brimstone in the current game. Pig Josh can also be unlocked by completing the mission "Carnival Life" with an Excellent rating.
