It is a deed for the Pleasance House, held by Clyde Evans.
Acquisition[]
The deed is obtained from Evans during the stanger side-mission "Water and Honesty". Once obtained, the deed can be given to Andrew McAllister for a reward. After this, he can be killed by the player and looted, wherupon the deed will be obtained once again and Pleasance House can be used as a Safehouse.
